These fees will apply in all ordinary cases. In special cases, where significant additional work is required, fees will be based on regular hourly charges and may exceed the amount indicated.
**Foreign charges vary with currency fluctuations. The average charge shown is applicable to most countries in North America, Europe, and Australia. Far East and Mid-Eastern countries represent the high end of the range. Current estimated costs can be provided.

Inter partes proceedings (Oppositions and Cancellations) and litigation are billed on basis of costs and hourly billings.
