Michael R. Graham believes that the better informed clients are about their IP rights, the more they can benefit from their protected work and the less likely they will encounter conflict. IP counseling is therefore an essential element of Gnosis IP Law's Chicago-based legal services - from the first free consultation to continuing consultation as a trusted advisor.

Michael also believes in the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes to resolve IP conflicts. Although he is an experienced and successful litigator in both the Federal Courts and Administrative Agencies, and is committed to helping clients enforce their IP rights, he believes that Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution processes may be better and more economical means for resolving IP, domain name, and contract disputes. Michael is a trained Mediator and member of the International Trademark Association's Mediator Network, and welcomes the opportunity to counsel clients and provide mediation services.
